Peter Wilcox-Jones

LL.B (Hons) – Partner

Peter heads the conveyancing department and specialises in both residential and commercial conveyancing. With over thirty years’ experience, Peter is able to deal with complex transactions involving unregistered titles as well as the usual aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and leases.

Peter also undertakes work in the following areas; agricultural law, wills, lasting powers of attorney.

Gareth M. Jones

LL.B (Hons) T.E.P – Partner

Gareth qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and now manages the firm’s civil litigation and family departments. Gareth specialises in all family law matters including divorce and children act proceedings.

As head of the litigation department, Gareth deals with personal injury claims, contentious probate, employment and civil disputes (money claims) generally.

Gareth is also a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and assists with work in the following private client areas: wills, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection. He also takes responsibility for all licensing work at the firm.

Andrew P. Morgan

B.Sc. (Hons) – Partner

Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and heads the Private Client department. Andrew specialises in all aspects of private client work including wills, lasting powers of attorney, administration of estates, court of protection and inheritance tax planning,

Andrew also undertakes private criminal work and all aspects of commercial leases.
